Who we are

Alex - Swimmin' like a fish since the age of 2 and charging ever since. MA in Secondary Education and experience teaching youth ages 7-18, translator and lateral thinker who loves language, the social and natural sciences, and facilitating learning. Has taken students on numerous class trips and also operated a surf camp in California waaaay back when. Married with three children. Has lived on - and explored upon and beneath the waves of - Sjælland's north coast since 2004. From Los Angeles, California. Whether the wind is nearly still and the waves are tiny, or the wind is furious and the sea is raging, Alex knows where the best waves can be found to ensure that All On Board is safe and successful.

Herbert - Peaceful warrior and waterman. Works with development and furniture design. A natural resources management graduate of the University of Copenhagen. Skate and surf high performer.
